Sales Administrative Assistant
Do you have several years of experience in an administrative support role? Are you ready to join a team providing support to our Sales staff? We have added a new position to our Sales Administration team and are looking for the perfect candidate!
As the Sales Administrative Assistant, you will participate in the creation of sales presentations, materials, and provide follow-up support for our Strategic Markets team. You will utilize your accounting and organizational skills to process expenses for corporate travelers, maintain the accounting of reward programs and track incentive and prospecting programs for customers. With a wide variety of duties, the Sales Administrative Assistant candidate will be adaptable and ready to take on new challenges.

Requirements for the position include:
Equivalent to high school graduation and completion of a job-related 2-year associate degree preferred supplemented by courses in accounting, communications, and business writing.
1 - 2 year experience in an administrative support role in sales, agency, marketing or customer service preferred.
Accounts receivable experience preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Strong aptitude and demonstrated ability for detail-oriented work.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a variety of duties within specific deadlines and with limited direct supervision.
Must be a self-starter good at managing own time and priorities.
Excellent communication skills.
