Seeking a talented individual who is passionate about using their analysis skills to understand complex systems and their quality assurance skills to ensure proven solutions for the business.   As part of our team, you will work together with our delivery teams to translate the business needs into development and testing requirements, playing an instrumental role in increasing the ongoing quality and stability of the team’s work product.  And how about the opportunity to do all that with a healthy work-life balance and a casual dress code?

What you’ll do:

  • help the business units understand their needs and develop requirements

  • work with a team to recommend and develop solutions

  • help the business with the prioritization of desired features

  • work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues

  • develop, coordinate and assist the business in the execution of test plans

So here’s what we’re looking for.  First and foremost, we believe that what distinguishes a great team member from a merely adequate one is dedication to results, an ability to learn and adapt quickly, and professional integrity and humility -- not specific technical skills.  But, of course, you’ll need those too.

Ideally, you would have a 4-year degree and 3 plus years of experience where you’ve demonstrated the following:

  • Ability to solve a broad range of problems using a wide array of technologies

  • Self-motivation and eagerness to learn

  • Ability to balance multiple concurrent tasks and projects, and adapt to varying priorities

  • Professional and open-minded attitude

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Experience developing user requirements

  • Experience working in agile development environments – SCRUM and Kanban preferred

  • Experience building and executing test plans

  • Experience with relational databases and basic query concepts

Benefits:

  • Company sponsored group medical and dental insurance

  • Company provided life insurance

  • Company-matched 401(k) Plan

  • An all employee incentive pay program

  • Great work schedule - 4 1/2 day work week year round. Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and until 1:00 p.m. on Friday

  • Paid vacation and sick leave

  • Company supported training and development

  • Beautiful west side building including a full service Cafeteria, walking trail and Fitness Center.

  • Excellent starting pay
